Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) systems to maximize efficiency for a business model.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
– Identify reusable components and patterns as well as ensure consistency in design across use-cases built using RPA.
– Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software functionality.
– Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
– Support existing processes and implement change requirements as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
– Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

– Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
– Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle competing deadlines.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly for presentation of data reports (Excel, PowerPoint).
– Four-year degree or equivalent professional experience and/or qualifications.

Desired Qualifications:
– 1-3 years of RPA development experience in Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent RPA industry-leading platforms.
– 2+ years of experience in programming (.NET, Java, ETL, etc.).
– 2+ years of strong experience in software delivery using Agile methodology
– 2+ years in application architecture, designing and writing software, or experience with software requirements and software testing.

– Monitor new SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI features, and functionality and ensure changes are properly communicated and tested.
– Work with business managers to capture existing workflow processes that need to be digitized.
– Work on dynamic software development projects in support of a government client,
corporate operations, or research and development.

Required Qualifications:
– All applicants require US citizenship. Must be willing and able to obtain a security clearance.
– Experience with Microsoft services such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate.
– The ability to work independently and in a team with developers providing guidance and support.
– Four-year degree or equivalent professional experience and/or qualifications.

Desired Qualifications:
– AZURE services and integration with Dynamics 365
– Developed, deployed, and unit-tested integration components using PowerApps tools.
– 2+ years of experience in programming (.NET, Java, ETL, etc.)
